針が危ないからやめとこうね
I found a matching brooch, but I'm afraid that you might poke your finger with it.

名前もちゃんと縫い付けたからね
I have sewn on your name.
もうちょっと早くできたらお誕生日に間に合ったのに
近くにいたら間に合ったのに
I wish I'd finished it in time for your birthday.

母は乙女っぽいひらひらが好きなんです。
