sense of humor in Manitou Springs

Manitou Springs

"Would you like to go for a spin?"
"Spin...yarn?!"
"..."
"Oh...okay.  Yes, sure, let's go!"

When my husband asked me this on one glorious Sunday (about 10 days ago, 70ºF plus!),
I thought of spinning something totally different -just for a second.  haha

We drove to Manitou Springs.

This is my second encounter with it.  I don't know why, but it makes me very happy ~♫ every time.

This small town has a sense of humor!

As a person who has lived in Asia, Europe and North America, I sometimes see our sense of humors differ from one of another, but I've learned a long time ago that to live in or even just to travel unfamiliar countries, you have to have a sense of humor if you want to enjoy yourself.
Come to think of it, having a sense of humor might just be the key to living a happy life.

If you get hungry in Manitou Springs, I highly recommend "Heart Of Jerusalem Cafe".  Their gyros is out of this world!!!
