採れたてのトマト、ズッキーニ、なすび、ハーブが豊富な季節には
レミーのラタトゥイユが作りたくなります （英語）
レミーみたいにかっこよくは作れませんが 毎回美味しくできあがります
まずPiperadeを作り、それを敷いた上に野菜の薄切りをらせん状に並べ、オーブンで焼き、
少し残しておいたPiperade、バルサミコ酢などを混ぜたソースをかけていただきます （わたしは冷たくしていただくのが好きです）
オリーブオイルは少なめに使いました
I have to make "Remy's Ratatouille" when fresh tomatoes, zucchini, eggplant and herbs are plentiful.
I can't make it as pretty as Remy, but it's always delicious -hot or cold.

* Used less oil and baked in 350F oven until done (didn't want to bake for 2 hrs!)
